Museveni Orders Caos to Share Resource Details With MPs, Local Leaders

[Nile Post] President Museveni has directed that all communication regarding resources sent to districts must be shared with Members of Parliament and LCV Chairpersons, in a move aimed at strengthening transparency, coordination, and accountability in government programmes.
